French Onion Soup
French onion soup is the cozy classic that tastes like you spent all day cooking (because… you kind of did, but in the best way). It’s all about slow-caramelized onions turned deep and jammy, then simmered into a rich, savory broth. Finish it with crusty bread and a bubbly cap of melted cheese and you’ve got pure comfort in a bowl.
Broccoli Cheddar Soup
Broccoli cheddar soup is the cozy, creamy bowl you make when you want comfort food that actually feels like a meal. It’s got tender broccoli, a velvety base, and just enough sharp cheddar to make it rich without turning it into glue.
Chicken Noodle Soup
Chicken noodle soup is the ultimate “everything’s gonna be fine” bowl. Simple, cozy, and always hits. We’re talking a savory broth, tender chicken, and noodles that soak up all that good flavor, with just enough veggies to feel wholesome. Make a big pot and you’ve got dinner now and the best leftovers later.
Irish Beef & Stout Stew
IRISH BEEF STEW, need I say more? I grew up eating this and it is pure happiness in every bite for me. Other than Beef Bourguignon, Irish Beef stew might be the GOAT.
Hungarian Goulash
This dish is comfort in a bowl. I thought Goulash was that weird noodle dish everyone makes but was so pleasantly surprised when I discovered that true Goulash is so much more than that.
Chicken Thigh Khao Soi
The best Thai dish i’m my opinion is Khao Soi. The best thing about it is that it’s very attainable for the home cook. In less than 45 minutes you can send your taste buds to Chiang Mai.

Japanese Curry
I had no idea a Japanese curry existed until I started researching curries. it is so nostalgic, yet foreign at the same time. Reminds me of a stew my grandma would make but then it is reinforced with asian flavors like curry powder and dashi. If you like curry, you must try this one out.
Thai Green Curry
I wanted to revisit my old green curry recipe and I am so glad I did. This curry is so light and refreshing. It reminds me so much of the green curries I had when I was in Thailand. Its super easy to make and tastes amazing.
Indian Curry
My new favorite curry right here. It has a really nice spice to it and the mouthfeel of this sauce is insane. It is very simple but requires a little bit of finesse, but the end result is so good.
Mapo Tofu
This is every chef’s favorite Chinese food. It is spicy, meaty, fragrant, and it warms your should like nothing else. The only time I actually like eating tofu is when I eat this dish.

It took me a while to finally come around to the idea of this recipe, but boy am I glad I did! These are by far my favorite tacos I have had in a long time. The whole process is such a labor of love too, I hope you have as much fun making these tacos as I did.
Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
This grilled cheese and tomato soup duo nails that classic comfort vibe with a fresh twist. While many tomato soups rely on dairy, this version skips it entirely yet still delivers a rich, creamy texture that'll surprise you. Perfect for cozy, rainy day.

I have seen a lot of people make something like this and I wanted to give it a try myself. I even came up with a super easy Caesar dressing. The texture and flavor of the chicken cutlet alone are insanely good.

Chicken And Dumplings
Chicken and dumplings is a classic comfort food that never fails to hit the spot. I know that some people will argue over what type of dumplings and the contents of the stew but this is what I like. It's the ultimate comfort food that just feels like a big, warm hug in a bowl.

You'll experience flavors that will warm your soul and leave you craving another bowl.
Lobster Bisque
A Lobster Bisque that is very easily made by the home cook. No blending lobster bodies in a blender to get all the flavor out of them. I figured out a way to extract all the flavor of lobster bodies without gong through the hassle that is usually associated with it.
