Mapo Tofu
This is every chef’s favorite Chinese food. It is spicy, meaty, fragrant, and it warms your should like nothing else. The only time I actually like eating tofu is when I eat this dish.
Ravioli With Marsala Cream Sauce
I did not expect to like marsala cream sauce as much as I do. It is sweet, creamy and full of flavor, most importantly though, it is so easy to throw together. This dish does require some niche ingredients but it is so worth it.
