15 Minute Chilaquiles
Chilaquiles does not make sense. You would think tossing chips in sauce would make them soggy, but it doesn’t. This dish offers a great contrast of textures, it’s insanely flavorful, and comes together with very little time and effort. Eat this TODAY.
French Onion Soup
French onion soup is the cozy classic that tastes like you spent all day cooking (because… you kind of did, but in the best way). It’s all about slow-caramelized onions turned deep and jammy, then simmered into a rich, savory broth. Finish it with crusty bread and a bubbly cap of melted cheese and you’ve got pure comfort in a bowl.
Broccoli Cheddar Soup
Broccoli cheddar soup is the cozy, creamy bowl you make when you want comfort food that actually feels like a meal. It’s got tender broccoli, a velvety base, and just enough sharp cheddar to make it rich without turning it into glue.
Chicken Noodle Soup
Chicken noodle soup is the ultimate “everything’s gonna be fine” bowl. Simple, cozy, and always hits. We’re talking a savory broth, tender chicken, and noodles that soak up all that good flavor, with just enough veggies to feel wholesome. Make a big pot and you’ve got dinner now and the best leftovers later.
Fried Rice
Fried rice is the weeknight MVP: fast, flexible, and somehow always better than it has any right to be. This is a simple, yet insanely good way to make the best fried rice possible.
Beef and Broccoli
Beef and broccoli is the takeout classic that’s way easier at home than you think. Tender beef, snappy broccoli, and that shiny, savory sauce that coats everything. The whole game is prep: quick marinade for buttery beef, and a ripping-hot pan so you get real stir-fry flavor instead of sad steamed vibes
Chow Mein
Chow mein is all about those perfectly chewy noodles and that smoky, savory stir-fry flavor that tastes like takeout. This might be one of my favorite takeout dishes I’ve ever had.
GOAT Breakfast Sandwich
Simple, fast, and insanely delicious. There isn’t a better meal to start off your day with.
Chorizo Egg Taco
Egg and chorizo tacos are the kind of breakfast that wakes you up better than coffee. Savory, a little spicy, and ridiculously satisfying. Crispy, rendered chorizo gets folded into soft scrambled eggs, then tucked into warm tortillas with some salsa and salty cheese. They’re fast, messy in the best way, and guaranteed to disappear the second they hit the table.
15 Minute Shakshuka
I have found a way to make shakshuka in just 15 minutes and it will taste like it has been stewed all morning. Thick, jammy tomato sauce, with poached eggs and salty cheese. Dip some crusty bread in it and you got yourself something very special for breakfast.
15 minute Danbing
These 15-minute danbing are the kind of breakfast that feels like street food at home. Fast, fun, and dangerously easy to make “just one more.”
White Wine Lemon Butter Sauce
This white wine lemon butter sauce is what you make when you want something bright, silky, and a little fancy without doing anything complicated. You’ll reduce white wine with lemon until it’s punchy, then whisk in cold butter so it turns glossy and rich. It’s perfect on almost anything.
Brown Butter Caper Sauce
If you’ve ever wanted a sauce that tastes fancy but takes basically no time, sauce meunière is your move. It’s just nutty brown butter with a squeeze of lemon and a shower of parsley, and it makes anything from fish to chicken taste instantly like it was made in a fancy restaurant.
Beurre Rouge
If you want a sauce that feels straight-up steakhouse but is secretly easy, beurre rouge is the move. You’ll reduce red wine with aromatics until it’s intense and jammy, then whisk in cold butter so it turns silky and glossy. It’s bold, a little tangy, and absolutely crushes with steak, duck, or even roasted mushrooms.
Herby Compound Butter
Herby compound butter is one of those “why don’t I always have this?” kitchen upgrades. Just throw some butter and herbs in the food processor and then roll it up and stash it in the fridge or freezer. Slice off a coin anytime you need instant flavor.
Bulletproof Blender Hollandaise Sauce
Blender hollandaise is the lazy-genius way to get that rich, acidic brunch sauce without hovering over a double boiler. You’ll blitz egg yolks, then stream in hot melted butter and watch it turn silky in about a minute. Spoon it on eggs Benedict, asparagus and pretend you worked way harder than you did.
Irish Beef & Stout Stew
IRISH BEEF STEW, need I say more? I grew up eating this and it is pure happiness in every bite for me. Other than Beef Bourguignon, Irish Beef stew might be the GOAT.
Hungarian Goulash
This dish is comfort in a bowl. I thought Goulash was that weird noodle dish everyone makes but was so pleasantly surprised when I discovered that true Goulash is so much more than that.
Weeknight Roast Chicken Dinner
Winner winner, chicken dinner! This is perfect for people who want a nice meal that takes very little effort to prepare but tastes like you spent all day on it.
Shrimp Scampi Pasta
This is a pasta I did not know I needed. Most times i’ve had this dish it was oily, the shrimp was over cooked and it just was not a fully integrated dish. I have found answers to all three of those problems and I think this is truly special and as good as pasta gets.
